The NCC features that your organization can use depends on which license tier it belongs to. See Organization License Tiers for more information on organization license tiers and the feature differences between the license tiers.

To view the type of license tier your organization belongs to, go to Organization status: Organization type in Organization-wide > License & inventory > Overview.

When you have many organizations, you can also click the Organization drop-down menu on the NCC title bar to know the license tier that each organization belongs to.
