Click Help > Support tools > Nebula Status Page to open the Nebula System Status page. The Nebula System Status page allows you to view the status of the following NCC services: Zyxel Account, NCC web access/information loading/status monitoring, NCC license addition and assignment, Nebula Device onboarding/provisioning/configuration/firmware upgrade/cloud authentication, Nebula OpenAPI, and system alerts.

You can also view the list of Scheduled Maintenance and Past Incidents. Click the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button to get email notifications whenever NCC creates, updates, or resolves an incident.

Click Help > Still need help? > Support community to go to Zyxel Nebula Community, where you can get the latest Nebula information and have conversations with other people by posting your messages.
